This is an ornament I started on Wed. I was doing a Christmas in July SAL with a yahoo group sewcraftystitchers. I stopped at my LNS yesterday and got some crescent colours and fabric to start the Bluebird and Daisies Summer Sampler from Blue Ribbon Designs. I hope everyone has a happy and safe 4th of July! Today I finished stitching my ornament, watched the Nathan's Hot Dog Eatting Contest and then took a 2 hour nap. Lazy day! That hot dog eatting contest is a riot! Joey Chestnut won, and this is his 3rd year in a row to win. Watching it is like watching a train wreck..it makes you sick to look, but you just can't take your eyes off of it!! Dipping those hot dog buns in water and then cramming them in their mouths is super disgusting! Tonight we are grilling with our neighbors and doing fireworks. Should be fun!
